Expense Wallet ("the app") is a personal cash-wallet app for tracking money in (Jama) and money out (Udhar). This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
By default this data is stored only on your device in a local database. It is not sent anywhere and is not accessible to us.
If you create an account and sign in, the app can sync your data to a private, per-user cloud database so you can use it on more than one device. In that case we store:
Each user can access only their own data (enforced by row-level security). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. If you never sign in, no data leaves your device.
The app uses Sentry to report crashes and errors so we can fix them. Crash reports contain technical diagnostics (error message, stack trace, device/OS type). They do not include your transaction amounts, notes, or personally identifying information (personal-data sending is disabled). Crash reporting is disabled entirely if no diagnostics key is configured in the build.
The app shows no ads and uses no advertising or analytics trackers.
